Emergency Response Team

ERT play a crucial role in creating a secure and welcoming environment at concerts and festivals. Their responsibilities include providing information and assistance to attendees, helping to navigate event spaces, and being the first point of contact for any concerns or emergencies. By maintaining a visible and reassuring presence, they help to deter potential issues and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all.  They are equipped with skills in conflict resolution, first aid, and crowd management, enabling them to handle a variety of situations with confidence and poise. Regular refresher courses and scenario-based training ensure that our ERT are always prepared to respond effectively to any challenges that may arise.
